Additions
Metzler Bros. understands that additions are a complicated process to which great care and attention to detail must be given. Keeping the same team on a project from start to finish is essential for maintaining project coherency and a well-executed final product.
Pricing is determined by project scope and timeline and a Metzler staff member would be happy to review any project details with you before a contract is developed.
Past addition projects have included sunrooms, great rooms, master suites, garages and decks.
Commercial Buildouts

Company members are experienced in completing commercial projects in such a way as to maintain the brand of each client in the building structure, and work is completed without disrupting existing business or daily customer traffic.
Most importantly, Metzler Bros. understands the importance of company schedules and finances and completes all projects on time, on budget and to contract specifications.

Concrete
Metzler Bros. has completed a number of architecturally significant projects, including arches, crown molding, brickwork and intricate formwork. It does all of its own excavation, formwork and casting. Metzler Bros. values the challenge of such complex work and also completes more straightforward tasks such as driveway paving.
There are a number of concrete options, such as broom-finished, exposed aggregate or dyed, to meet any design or structural needs you may have. Metzler Bros. has much experience working with extreme changes in elevation and intricate formwork contours, including steps, retaining walls, inlays, overhangs, landings and decorative concrete finishes. Step work has included winding, multi-tiered and multi-level options, as well as the integration of ornamental wrought iron into the design or concrete mix.
New Construction
While the majority of its projects involve remodeling, Metzler Bros. also has experience with new construction, particularly with residential projects in Rockingham and Augusta Counties. Please contact Metzler Bros. for more information about what it can do for your new construction project.
